چکیده

The present study was conducted to detect and identify seed-borne pathogenic fungi in some soybean varieties their effect on seed germination. Six of samples viz.JS 95-60, JS 97-52, RSC 10-46, 10-71, CG Soya-1 local variety were selected for the experiment. Twelve mycoflora viz. Aspergillus flavus, niger, Alternaria spp., Cladosporium Curvularia Rhizopus Trichoderma Rhizoctonia Nigrospora Macrophomina Fusarium spp. Penicillium detected identified from seeds six by using standard blotter method, agar plate 2,4-D roll paper towel method deep freeze method. sample recorded highest percentage with lowest germination percentage, whereas found as least compared other taken study. Among all incubation methods, most effective detecting seed-related mycoflora, seeds.
